Welcome to Human Rights Internet (HRI) – where people and organizations can access current and reliable human rights information and resources that inspire education, advocacy and dialogue in Canada and beyond. HRI also provides small grants funding for bold human rights ideas.
New HRI Grant: FIGHTING RACISM THROUGH HUMAN RIGHTS
Location of Activity: Limited in this cycle to Ottawa and Toronto, including the GTA.
Maximum Grant Value: Up to $2,000.
Deadline for Applications: Midnight, Thursday, December 10, 2020.
The interactive map includes federal, provincial and territorial human rights commissions and tribunals, as well as other legislated institutions, such as ombudsman offices, information and privacy commissions, and children and youth advocates, or the provincial and territorial equivalents to these offices. The scope of work, relevant legislation, and links to respective websites are provided.
This is an ongoing, living project. The map is regularly updated to ensure it is both comprehensive and current.
